Seaside :
Beautiful 4 storeys building from the end of the 19th century ideally situated facing the main beach of les Sable d'Olonne.
Poolside :
Recent two storey building : 5 duplex apartments on the first floor with view to pool and the back of main building, all with terrace and 5 ground floor apartments with cabin bedroom and covered terrace facing the street at the back of the residence.
