Cancellation insurance (optional): We recommend that you subscribe to our guarantee insurance at the fixed price of 10€ per week for accommodation rentals, in addition to the amount payable in totally upon your reservation. This cancellation insurance applies within the following conditions: to be accepted, a stay cancellation must be notified with the supporting documents by registered letter within 48 hours after the event that caused the cancellation and only for the following reasons: - accident, illness or death of the insured, spouse, ancestor or descendant. - layoff of the insured or spouse which occurred after the reservation. - serious damage to the principal residence (fire, flood, theft, natural disasters). The cancellation insurance covers the refund of all sums paid, apart from the reservation charge. The cancellation insurance ceases to be effective at the commencement of the rental, after which it shall not apply even in the aforesaid cases. Any commenced stay is payable in its totality.
